小滝橋にある和食店でお昼。昼は平日のみで初訪問。
昼メニューは若菜御膳1200円だけ。主菜・副菜が日替わりみたいですね。
お店の席はカウンターと畳の小上がりと。カウンター満席につき、畳のほうの席に案内されました。
本日の主菜はヤリイカの煮物。
副菜は鶏団子と野菜の煮物。青菜の芥子和え、お漬物、そしてご飯にお味噌汁。
ヤリイカの煮物にはごぼう、黒七味が効いていて、これ好きだなあと思う味。つやつやのご飯に合う。ご飯の炊き加減も好み。
そんな中で、感動したのはお味噌汁。ここ半年で外食した時の味噌汁の中でもかなり上位のお味でした。うまーい。お出汁と味噌の味わいバランスが、ザ・ベスト。きっと丁寧に出汁をとっているんでしょうね。
お昼が平日のみだとなかなか伺う機会がないのですが、またいずれ。
