こちらのサイトで見つけた趣味そば的なお店、普通じゃこんなとこ来れないなー

店内はコンクリート打ちっぱなしでモダンな内装、BGMはJAZZでかなりオサレ感満載・・・

なんですがそれに似合わず接客のおばちゃんは家庭的で定食屋さんみたい（笑）そのギャップが面白いです

お通しには塩豆腐が出されました、焼き味噌は柚子が香り、しょっぱ過ぎずおいしい、出し巻きも噂通りイケます

そしてお蕎麦、これもなかなかです、ここ最近食べた中では稀に見る香りの高いモノでした、よく噛んで食べると甘みが広がります、これはかなり良い粉を使っているんでしょうね

ツユは絶品ではありませんが、まずまずのレベル、お酒が二杯目からは半合で頼めるのはうれしい、近くなら通いたいお店です
