The head chef, originally from Musashi-Koyama, entered the culinary world at the age of 16 and began his serious journey into sushi-making at 18. After gaining experience at several restaurants in Tokyo, he became independent. Please take your time to savor the carefully crafted sushi made by the chef, who has honed his skills for 24 years.

The interior of the restaurant is filled with a warm atmosphere that embodies traditional Japanese aesthetics. We have prepared a counter made from a single slab of Yoshino cypress, which is over 300 years old. The colors of the lighting, ceiling, and walls are all designed to complement the natural wood of the counter. The counter is finished to be completely flat, allowing guests to see the chef's hands at work, which adds to the immersive experience.
