当店のオーナー兼料理長を務める岸田シェフが何かの動画で仰ってましたが、その言葉を体現する美しい品の数々に心が躍ります。
カンテサンス、居を構えるは北品川。閑静な場所を好む高級店あるあるですが、アクセスが少し微妙です（品川駅から13分）。基本タクシーで向かうのが良いかと思いますが、北品川なんて滅多に出向かないので時間があれば歩いて行くのも面白いのではないでしょうか。
店内は厳かな雰囲気に包まれており、思わず背すじが伸びます。
料理についてですが、当店のスペシャリテである山羊のミルクのババロアはやはり特別。美味いものはバケツ一杯に食べたいと感じるこの頃ですが、完成された一皿はそれだけで満たされた気持ちになるものです。撮影できないのが悔やまれる…
魚料理、甘鯛への火入れは恐ろしいほど完璧です。何をどうすればこうなるのか教えて欲しい。あっという間に領域に引き摺り込まれ、気づいたら焼き菓子と紅茶でコースも終わりです。
ワインペアリング含めて1人6万円程度でした。
頻繁に通えるようなお店ではありませんが、この食体験は必ず貴方の人生に深みと幅をもたらしてくれるでしょう。
帰りはタクシーでしたが、岸田シェフは店外まで出てこられて、こちらの姿が見えなくなるまで頭を下げておられました。一流ですね。
