やみつきモチモチパスタ
田町にあるパスタの人気店！
店の場所が少しわかりづらいです。小さな店舗は、厨房をL字に囲むカウンター席だけ。
外には待ちの椅子がありましたが、この日はまだ11時と早い時間だったので店内の席はあいていました。
メニューはシンプル。パスタ9種と、セットが3種。
パスタは、アラビアータ 700円、ボロネーズ(限定10食)900円、カルボナーラ 900円、青じそと小エビ 850円など。
最後に本日のパスタとあるので聞いてみると、しらすとミニトマトと青じそのオイルベースのパスタとのことなので、それにしてみまいした。
パン、野菜デリ、スープのセット(+250円)も。
お店印象と厨房は、ラーメン屋さんのそれを思い起こさせるようなシンプルさ。というか、そっけなさ。
店員の方の笑顔が全く見られませんが、動きも無駄がなく、こんなもんかなーという感じ。
野菜デリでは、豆とツナをあえたサラダ。パンは焼き立てでおいしい！スープも本格的。
出てきたパスタは、麺が太め。ミニトマトと青じその色が鮮やか！
食べてみると、うまーい。生麺がもっちもち！味つけも申し分なし。
カウンターなのでゆっくりできませんが、この味と値段なら充分です。近くのオフィスの人はいいですね。
満足度の高いランチできました。

田町の人気のパスタ屋さん。平日11:15ごろ到着したけど、もう数組待ちができてました。丸椅子に座って待っている間にオーダーが来て、20分弱で店内へ。
●釜揚げしらすと大葉とフレッシュトマト 1100円
●ブラッドオレンジジュース 350円
パスタは太めの生麺。もちもち。たっぷりの大葉の香りに、ミニトマトの酸味と唐辛子の辛味とにんにくのバランスが絶妙でウマイ。
なんとわたし、9年ぶりの来店だったのですが、あとから見たら同じものオーダーしていました。この組み合わせ好きなのね、わたし。
店内はカウンターのみですが、お客は女性ばかり。お店の方も若い女性ばかりでした。
わたしもオフィスの近くにこんなお店がほしいです。
