浜松町駅から徒歩数分の蕎麦屋に行ってきました。
ビル正面の階段を上がって、２階にあるお店です。
上品な店内、カウンター正面からは行き交う電車を目にする事が出来ます。
最近夜蕎麦が自分の中でブームになっており、今晩は一人での入店です。
焼酎の種類は４０種類以上もあるとの事で、蕎麦湯割もできるそうです。
糖質制限を意識して、せいろ蕎麦と卵焼き・それに富野宝山のお湯割を注文しました。
だし巻き卵はフワトロ系で、出汁の旨味がよく効いています。
焼酎も一緒に口に含むとほわりと香りが広がり、まさに酒のつまみにぴったりでした。
手打ちのせいろ蕎麦は弾力があり、喉越しが心地よいです。
甘みを含んだそばつゆもかなり好みでした。
たまたま入った店でこんなに美味しい蕎麦が食べられるとは思っていなかったので、かなり嬉しい収穫でした。
接客も気持ちの良いものでしたし、また何回か顔を出したいと思います。
