目指したお店がcloseだったので末訪問の
こちらへ。
焼き肉ラーメン780円を注文。
生姜醤油で味付けした肉を焼いたというより
煮た風味の豚こまがトッピングされていて、
スープはその煮汁と化学調味料で調整
された醤油味。
麺は鍋のあとに入れる麺みたいな
スーパーで売っているレベルの扱い
やすそうな細麺。
あっ、くろべえの店主と親交があるのね。
それは、、、、だね。
総じて家で作るレベルの味だが店主さんと
常連さんらしき方のやりとりに人情味があり
印象がよい。
ラーメンやさんではないのでそこまでは求め
ないけれど麺のゆで方や盛り付け方を気に
かけたらもっと集客がみこめそう。
そう考えるとちょっともったいないお店。
