Because we slice live eels every day in the restaurant and grill them after steaming them at Goemon, you may have to wait more than an hour for your food order after you come to the restaurant. Credit cards are only accepted after 5pm. PayPay can be used all day. Wild eel and various brands of eel can only be ordered by phone or message by 9pm the day before. We may not be able to accommodate same-day orders for wild or branded eel. If you are ordering a course meal, please let us know at the time of making your reservation if there are any ingredients you cannot enjoy due to food allergies or religious reasons. In November 2022, the seating was renewed and the main dining area was changed to chair seating. We apologize for the inconvenience, but if you have made a reservation for two people, we may ask you to sit a little further apart from each other, separated by an acrylic board, or to sit at the counter. Due to the limited availability of ``Unagi Ramen'' made with 100% eel soup stock, orders cannot be accepted after arriving at the store, so please make a reservation in advance.
