The Miso Sommelier carefully selects miso from various regions across the country and presents it through a variety of cooking methods. Miso dishes pair well with sake, and we especially recommend our signature dish, "Miso Braised Mackerel," which blends three types of miso, and "Slow-Cooked Beef Tendon in Red Miso." To welcome you back, we also offer a tasting of two types of miso soup as a starter. You can enjoy the unique differences of each miso, which is one of the charms of our offerings. Please also try our lovingly handmade obanzai, made with care every day.

In a calm space filled with the warmth of wood, we have various seating options that are perfect for girls' nights out, drinking parties, banquets, business meetings, and celebratory occasions. In addition to table seating and spacious counter seats, we also offer private rooms of various sizes. The L-shaped sofa room for two is ideal for private moments like dates. The large private room, separated by lattice doors, can accommodate around 6 to 8 people. We accept reservations for private use based on the number of guests and your budget, so please feel free to consult with us first.
Enjoy dishes made with miso from all over Japan and seasonal sake. There are small and large private rooms. On weekends, you can also drink during the day from 3pm.
