Our shop's proud rich tonkotsu soup is made by simmering carefully selected "genkotsu (pork bones)" in four different large pots, resulting in an ultra-rich flavor with a density of over 13 degrees. We pair this with our special noodles, which are made from a blend of wheat flour sourced from Kyushu and are double-extruded. You can choose your preferred noodle firmness, so please feel free to let us know! We also pay special attention to our toppings; the seaweed is sourced from Saga, and the spicy takana (mustard greens) served on the side is handmade in-house using takana from Aso, Kyushu. Enjoy our carefully crafted bowl!

In addition to our proud tonkotsu ramen, we offer a variety of other noodles. The "Spicy Noodles" feature a deliciously spicy soup made by blending our original secret spicy sauce with tonkotsu broth, making it an addictive dish! We also recommend the "Rich Seafood Dipping Noodles," which combine seafood broth, including bonito, with tonkotsu soup. In the evening, we have a variety of appetizers like "Chicken Wing Gyoza"! Dishes such as "Sashimi Jellyfish," "Sesame Jellyfish," and "Mentaiko Mayo Cucumber" are all available for under 500 yen.

In particular, we have a selection of premium shochu, which is produced in limited quantities and is highly sought after, available in both sweet potato and barley varieties. We also have a great selection of reasonably priced snacks, such as "boiled eggs (120 yen)" and "tsukune skewers (180 yen)," making it perfect for a casual drink after work, just like a traditional izakaya. Don't miss out on our specialty tonkotsu ramen to finish off your meal! We also recommend our rice dishes, such as the green onion rice!

Reservations are available for table seating! We offer a lunch service from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM! All ramen dishes come with a "kaedama" (one extra serving of noodles) or "rice," making it a great deal! Our shop is open until 3:30 AM, accommodating a wide range of dining scenarios.
