平日の昼1時頃訪問です、遅目の時間だからか店内は大分落ち着いてました
所用で湯島エリアを歩いてましたら良さげな店を発見、ランチはへぎそばがメインのようです
テーブルに座りお願いしたものは
●海鮮漬け丼へぎそばセット1050円
蕎麦はつるりとした食感、滑らかでこれぞ布海苔の繋ぎの蕎麦ですね
たしか新潟から直送と記してたと思います
薬味はわさびですね、ボク的にはカラシよりわさびが好みです
海鮮丼はカンパチかな？切身は薄いですが旨味あり美味しい、シャリはしっかり甘酢が効いて大変好みです
ご馳走さまでした、偶然見つけたお店でしたが故郷新潟を感じれよかったです
今度新潟帰ったらへぎそば沢山食べようっと
