土風炉さんといえばチェーン店のイメージが強かったのですが、
そのイメージとは一線をかくした新潟ご当地居酒屋さんの雰囲気でした。
あちらこちらに県のポスターが飾られており雰囲気の演出があります。
日本酒は新潟の銘柄を中心にそろえておりました。
真野鶴と八海山をそれぞれ頂きました。
おすすめの蛸刺身は程良い歯ごたえで絶妙な茹で加減でした。
チェイサーのお水がたっぷり提供され、
ゆっくり楽しみました。
地域柄ガヤガヤとしたお店が多いですが、
少し価格設定が高めで、
店内のひろびろとゆったりすごせるのがありがたいです。
