伝統の上海料理
富士の山を四季で表現する五色涼拌麺をはじめ明治から続く上海料理。 |
皇居方面の帰りに訪問。
揚子江菜館＠神保町エリア、です。
■店舗は、
明治39年（1906年）創業と。
昭和8年から続く名物の「元祖冷やし中華」を始め、
「上海式肉焼そば」「酢豚」「カニ玉」等々、
数々の名物メニューもあるようです。
「池波正太郎」等著名な文化人が来訪していたそう。
コロナの影響もあってか、
店内は、席を空ける様に着席誘導されました。
●香辣肉片定食＠1000円。
店頭で推してたメニューでした。
たっぷりの「香辣肉片」が有りますねえ。
ルックスは、
赤い色合いがイイ感じで、香りも複雑です。
早速頂いてみると、辛さと旨さのバランスが良く、
ニンニク始め香辛料系も効いた濃い目の味わい。
辛さも許容範囲でイケます。
お肉は。。。？何だろう？
柔らかで、噛み締めるとほんのりジューシーさもある。
香辛料のマスキングが効いてて臭みも無い。
欲を言うと、
山椒系も入っているんですが、
個人的には、もっと効いているとより好みかも。
途中から、ごはんも浸しながら、
さながらスープカレーの様にして頂くのも旨いんです。
満足で完食。
【あとがき】
110年以上の歴史を有する店舗だけに、
食べてみたいメニューはたくさんありました。

・番茄排骨麺（トマトパイコーメン）
・乾隆麻辣鶏（けんりゅまらち）
・獅子頭咖哩（ししとうカレー）
・冷やし中華系
・酢豚
・麻婆豆腐
・カニ玉
などなど。。。。
幸いにして神保町エリアは、
皇居ウォーキングの後のルートでも行けますので。
ココは地道に再訪していきます。
