ふらりと立ち寄り
信州戸隠の文字を見たら素通りできないよね
18時過ぎていたせいか、店内まばら
券売機で少々迷ったが、春菊天を選択
店員さんから「温かいのにしますか」と訊かれて冷たいやつを注文
茹でる時間お待ちくださいとのアナウンスあり
普通の立ち食い蕎麦屋さんではないよね
程なく提供
やはり、普通の立ち食い蕎麦屋さんではなかった
蕎麦がちゃんとしていた
春菊天は、冷たい場合最初は食べにくいが、途中から大丈夫
大変美味しく頂きました
