神楽坂の鉄板焼き屋さん。
神楽坂駅から歩いて10分弱の場所にあります。
平日20時前に行き、7割ほどの埋まり。
初めテーブル席に案内されたのですが、
ちょうど鉄板前のカウンター席が空いたので
そちらに移動させていただきました。
今回は本日のおまかせ（13200円）を頂きました。
コースは以下の通りです。
✔︎先付け
とうもろこしの水無月仕立てです。
中には小豆が組み込まれてます。
小豆は邪気払いのパワーもあるのだとか。
コロナが早く終息するようにと。
上には長野の生ワサビと、川海老が添えられ。
下は枝豆のピューレになっています。
とても爽やかな先付け。
✔︎凌ぎ
続いて毬(いが)うに盛りです。
殻つきで出てくるのはテンション上がります✨
殻の中には干し椎茸で炊き込んだご飯が
詰められており、ちょっとした小丼になってます。
そしてカラフルな錦胡麻が散りばめられており、
上には岩海苔が乗っています。
岩海苔と雲丹が演出する磯の香りが心地良いです。
✔︎お椀
ウクライナの伝統料理、ボルシチです。
丸一日煮込んだ近江牛、
夏野菜としてズッキーニ、
仕上げにサワークリームです。
鉄板焼きのお椀でボルシチは斬新です(^^)
✔︎焼き物
焼き物は鮎の塩焼きです。
胡瓜、梅肉、たでの葉の酢とともに。
鮎の下に敷いてあるのもたでの葉です。
蓼（たで）食う虫も好き好き、のあれです。
辛みとシビレが強いですが、
鮎とは非常に相性が良いです♪
✔︎造り替り
牛タン煮込みです。
新蓮根すりおろしとからしでいただきます。
中央にあるのは万願寺唐辛子。
✔︎酢の物
大穴子と焼き茄子の酢の物。
酢の部はすだちのジュレになっており、
茗荷や大葉も合わさり非常に爽快な逸品(°▽°)
大穴子は軽く湯引きしてあり鱧に近い。
✔︎強肴
鉄板メインディッシュです！
近江牛のサーロインステーキ。
赤ワインソース、レモンコショウ、
長野あずみの生ワサビ、五島列島海塩など
様々な薬味やソースでサーロインを楽しめます。

ご飯は蛸飯です。
鉄板の上で各テーブル分の蛸飯を
豪快に焼き上げていきます。
少し濃い目な味付けだが、
こんもり盛り付けられたネギと合わせると
見事にマッチしていてすごくハマった(*ﾟ▽ﾟ*)
✔︎甘味
デザートはかき氷です。
ブルーベリー、クランベリー、ラズベリーと
ベリー推しのデザートになっています。
程よい酸味と濃厚なベリーが最高(●´∀｀●)
最後の最後に手作りのわらび餅を。
もっちもちの作りたてわらび餅。
めちゃくちゃ作るの大変そうだった(^◇^;)
その分美味しさと有難みがありました！
店員さんも気さくでエンターテイナー性がある。
鉄板のみでなく和食のテイストも織り交ぜられ、
非常に満足度の高いお店でした！
