On this day, I was returning home with a friend who had come from a local area to see a play, and I was looking for a place where I could eat delicious Tokyo-style food even late at night, and I found this restaurant. Due to the performance time, we had to arrive around 10pm, but they accommodated us at the last minute. It seems that if it gets a little later, it will only be a la carte. The reason why I chose the course so late this time is because the [Courage Sand] that I was looking for is only available in the course. This courage sandwich has truffles and meat sandwiched inside and is said to be a signature menu item. The homemade bread was fluffy and had a great truffle scent, and it was so delicious that I wanted more refills. For a French cuisine located in Minato Ward, Tokyo, I was surprised to find that most of the wine selections were reasonably priced, priced under 20,000 yen. It was a French cuisine restaurant, but they also had American wine, and since I like Napa wine, I ordered overture. Although the course was late, many of the portions were small, and many of the dishes had elegant and delicate flavors, so I finished the meal. However, the homemade bread here was so delicious that I wanted to come just to eat the bread. They have a decent a la carte menu and are open until late, so I'd like to use it as Wine Bar in the future.
