六本木6丁目交差点と西麻布交差点の間の信号の六本木駅側にある、黒豚しゃぶしゃぶのお店。
惜しまれながら閉店した、和田アキ子さんのお店「わだ屋」の店舗を居抜きで引き継いだお店。
１階の行灯看板まで、わだ屋のものを使って、店名だけ入れ替えているので、間違えて入ってくるお客も多いとのこと。
さすがに、入口ドアの「アキ子手形」のレリーフはなくなっていましたが。
「黒豚あじと」自体は、吉祥寺や博多で力をつけてきた名店だということで、今般、西麻布進出となったようです。
店内は、高めのローパーティションで仕切られた個室仕立て。
テーブルには、アイリスオーヤマの電磁調理器が仕込まれています。
食べログ予約で9,000円税込みのコースをいただきます。
クラムチャウダー 個性的な器でサーブ
前菜盛り合わせ 6種類の凝った前菜でおいしくいただけます。
スモークサーモンのマリネ
黒毛和牛にぎり 炙って香ばしい香り。ウニ、キャビア、いくらが1個ずつ。
黒豚しゃぶしゃぶ 肉はバラとロース。野菜も結構あって、刻み葱をつけ汁に入れて食べるタイプ。これなら、昔のわだ屋と間違えてきた人も満足でしょう。
〆のラーメン
バニラアイス黒糖クルミ添え
といったメニューでおいしくいただけます。
お酒も一通りそろいますが、ワインセラーはなくなったようで、ワインの品ぞろえは薄いです。
問題は、お酒の値段が少々高めなことかな。三岳のソーダ割800円、生絞りグレープフルーツサワー900円といった感じです。全体のお値段感からしたらたいしたことないのですが、少々気になります。
