六本木のブリコラージュ ブレッド アンド カンパニー ベーカリーさん。
カフェ利用後、パンを買っていくことに…
朝食がとっても良かったのでパンも期待して購入です。
◆ジャンボン ブール
フランスパンに挟まれたベーコンのようなジャンボンがたっぷり。更にバターがたっぷり塗られ、ジューシーなサンドイッチです。しょっぱい系No.2というのは伊達じゃない美味しさです。
◆クロコラージュ オムレツ
クロワッサン生地にはたっぷりバターが使われ、サンドされたオムレツはトマト、玉ねぎ、ほうれん草入り。粒マスタード、胡瓜のスライスがちょっとしたアクセント。じゅわじゅわと美味しいパンです。
◆くるみあんバター
とんがりフランスパンにたっぷりあんこ。黄色い濃厚なバター。あんこの中にはたくさんくるみが入っています。香ばしく感じるパンにバターが滑らかなミルキーさを。バターの塩気によってあんこが引き立てられ、くるみがあんこの粒の食感と違いがあって楽しく美味しい。素敵なあんバターです。
◆紫芋と木苺
紫芋と木苺の組み合わせって凄く美味しいです。デニッシュ生地の上にカルダモンを忍ばせた粗つぶしの紫芋がたっぷり。その上に粒入りのフランボワーズ。紫芋の甘味と木苺の酸味が混ざり合うと凄まじく美味しいです。食べて欲しいと書いてありましたが買って良かったです。
パンも期待通りは美味しさでした。
バターの使い方が素敵でパンもう具材も美味しくなっていました。
このお店の具材の組み合わせ方センスは好きです。
