六本木です。
どれくらいぶりに来たろうか。覚えてないな位だな。。
今日は買い物に東京に来てまして。
夕食はこちらの【すし巽】さんを予約しました。
基本的にはコースでのお店。
まず、目に飛び込んだのは、綺麗なカウンター席
これだけでもテンション上がります。
まずは、【中トロ】の握りからスタートでした。
赤酢のシャリで小さめで食べやすく
握りでもお酒が進む。
次に出た、【スミイカ】はサクッと歯が入り
とても旨かったなぁー
つまみは【・たこ・ぎんなん・焼きたらこ・かつお・クリームチーズ・さつまいも】
どれも、ひと手間があって美味しかった♪
【サヨリ】の握りなんかは、あまり札幌ではいただけないので新鮮でした。
焼き魚で【すずき】が出たのですが、これは旨かった♪
たん白なんだけど、いい塩加減で焼いてあって
旨味が凄かったｗ
その他にも
旨い脂の【大トロ】の炙りや
ふわふわな【アナゴ】
茶碗蒸しもうまかった。

こんなに出て、これで１３０００円コースとは。。
恐れ入ったｗ
六本木って土地柄、内容だけみれば
とてもそんな風にはみえない。。
おかげさまで、ドリンクが進みまくり（笑）
お会計は２名で
４５０００円弱
ドリンク２万近く飲んだのね（笑）
それでも安い♪
こういうお店が増えてくれたら
庶民も頑張った記念日とかに来れますよね～
