偶然？運命？必然？
よく分からないけど面白いたくさんの出会いをくれたお店です。
実はここ、小学生の頃の同級生がオーナーとして頑張っているお店だったんです。
SNSを通じてたまたま連絡がついて。
再会は小学5年生以来だから16年ぶりになるのかな。
休み時間になった瞬間ドッチボールをするために外に駆け出していた田舎の地方の子供だったのに、まさかギロッポンのシースーで再び会うことになるとは。
とまあ、懐かしい話はさておきレビューいきますね。
最初から出てきたのは北海道のバフンウニ。
手を出してください、と乗っけてくれた質の良いウニはとろける旨さ。
おつまみに水タコを挟んで続いて出してくれたのは大間のマグロ。
赤身、中トロ、大トロと幸せの3連続。
職人・服部氏が一体感のある握りのために、と辿り着いたネタの切り方は独特で面白かった。
実際にネタの質も良く一体感感じる魅力的な握りでした。
握り→おつまみを交互に出してくれたので次にどんなお料理が来るか全く予想できないのも楽しい。
特に印象的だったのはおはぎ。
マグロとたくあん、ごまを合わせたもので、食べた瞬間に溢れた爆発的な旨味は素材の良さと食材の組み合わせ等が抜群に合っていたからこそ生まれたんだと思う。
そして〆はまさかのラーメン。
何故かと聞いたら「オーナー(同級生)が〆はラーメンでしょう」と。
アゴ出汁と削り節で出汁を取った〆に嬉しいさっぱりとしたラーメン。
なかなかやるではないか。
個人的にはありだと思ったよ。
そしてもう一つ面白かったこと。
それが職人である服部氏。
ひかるさんっていうYouTuberの動画に出てる方だったんです。
再生回数200万回を超えるミリオン動画だからググればすぐ出てきます。
今はこのお店で職人さんをしているけど、4月からは自分のお店を持つんだって。
動画の通り、優しく穏やかな食に対して熱心な方でした。
自分の仕事に対して責任を持って取り組んでる十数年ぶりに会った同級生とYouTubeで話題の鮨職人さんとで個人的には面白い出会いと再会を果たした、そんなレビューですがいかがでしたか。
