Dinnerが始まる17:00~23:30このお店は、鍋をメインとしたお食事処となります。というのも、 23:30~5:00までは Bar MATILDAというBARに変身するんです。今回、友人と腹ごしらえしながら、そのままBARカウンターでしっぽりと飲んだ時のお話をご紹介します♪
■ ■ ■特選米沢豚焼鍋付コース ■ ■ ■
今回チョイスしたのは全7品2時間飲み放題付で、こだわりの米沢豚を台湾の焼き鍋で頂くというコース。
▼前菜3種盛
トマトとモッツァレラチーズのカプレーゼ・とうもろこしの串揚げ・本日のポタージュ。特に印象的だったのがトマトとモッツァレラチーズのカプレーゼ 。ドレッシングが爽やかでジュレになっていて食べやすかったです。
▼炙り牛肉＆雲丹
レンゲに乗せられやって来ました。紫蘇がアクセントになっている為、牛肉はサッパリとウニの特有の海鮮臭さが封じ込められバランスの良い逸品でした。
▼小龍包
正統な小龍包。できの悪い 小龍包だと、持ち上げると皮が破れて、中のオツユが全部流れ出てしまうところですがそんなこともなく、しっかり美味しいオツユとともに頂く事ができました。
▼米沢豚焼鍋(お肉一人前110g)
このお店の象徴とも呼べるメイン♪台湾発祥とのことで、変わった鍋がやって来ました。日本では恐らく、このお店でなければ食べられないとの事で、鍋は特注で作ってもらっているとの事でした。鍋には和風出汁と豚骨出汁が張られ、白菜・ネギ・ヤングコーン・小松菜・ニラ・シメジ・エノキ茸・海鮮ふかひれ餃子・エビ団子・豆腐・春雨が入り、ヘルシーさを感じます。そこに米沢牛ではなく、米沢豚が鍋中央の出っ張り部分で焼かれ、豚肉の旨味が鍋に溶け出すという寸法でした。鍋なのに焼く！という工程が入るのは確かに珍しいですね。豚肉に香ばしさが加わり、柔らかくてジューシー♪たっぷりお野菜が豚肉の旨味を吸出し最高です！
▼ 〆ラーメンor雑炊
鍋と言えばお楽しみは〆♪今回お店のスタッフさんのオススメであるラーメンをチョイス。いわずもがなな美味さ！思わずお代わりしたくなっちゃいますね☆
まとめ
BARの前の腹ごしらえをココで済ませたわけですが、女子が喜びそうですね。ヘルシーだしお店の雰囲気がオシャレだし☆六本木という立地もまた良く、隠れ家のような感じで使えそうです。
