このお店を知ったのは、出張で福岡に行った時のことです。
焼き鳥、1本、1本、食べるごとに「美味しい！」の連発でした。
特に、すき焼き串は、すごいアイデアだと思いました。
八兵衛に行ったら、是非食べて欲しい1品です。
モツ鍋も東京で食べていたのは、別物だったな。
と思わせるほどのプルプルとしたモツ！
最後の〆は、雑炊というより、リゾットです！
私はご飯が嫌いなので、
たいてい、鍋物の〆は麺類なのですが、
このリゾットは忘れられません。
お酒もこだわっているようで、美味しいワインが揃っていました。
オーナーも、「美味しいのが入ってるよ」と、色々好みを聞いてくれて、
見合ったもの出してくれます。
という訳で、福岡出張の度に、立ち寄らせて頂いておりましたが、
なんと、そんな、お店が東京に進出すると聞いて、
早速、会社の仲間、家族、友人と、いろんなメンバーで通わせて頂きましたが、
誰もが気に入ってくれたようです。
月に1回は行きたくなるお店です。
