大変ご無沙汰で伺いました。4～5年ぶりくらいでしょうか。
1,000円のプレートランチをいただきました。
特に大きな変わりは無かったと思いますが、さすがに以前の味の記憶はなく
変わったかはわかりません。
6種類くらいあったのですが、食べたかったものが売り切れでしたので、
2色相がけカレー(チキン＆牛筋)をオーダー。しばらくして料理が到着。
お皿が重かったからか、「ガシャン！」と置かれびっくり。
「すみません」の一言でもあれば何でもないのですが、
不愛想に ツーン と行ってしまったので「わざとなのか？？」と気落ち。
見た目はとてもおいしそうでしたが、
その期待とは裏腹に、深みが全く無く淡白なお味。
最近カフェの料理のレベルがかなり高いので、
そのイメージでいってしまったからか、とても物足りない感じ。
ドリンクもセットで、コーヒーを頼みましたが
ドリップのようでした。
まあ、そこはランチだと理解はあるのですが
いかんせん ぬるい。 本当に残念でした。
良いところが見つからないままお店を後に。
一番感じたのは、やはり
接客は重要ですね。
