Our specialty, ``Atsushi Katsu-don (Pork cutlet bowl)'' is a style of cutletdon that is not bound with eggs. To help you enjoy the crispiness of the thick pork cutlet, we add a fluffy beaten egg on top. The sauce is also an original homemade sauce. Although you can order it individually, we recommend the ``Atsushi Katsu-don (Pork cutlet bowl) and Soba'' set, which comes with mori (cold) or kake (warm), for a great deal. Our restaurant also recommends ``Spicy Ontama Tsukesoba'' and ``Spicy Ontama Tsukesoba'', which are addictive combinations of spicy dipping sauce and hot eggs.
