【池袋駅】立教大学側の出口から出たところにあるやきとんひなた。以前他の店舗にお伺いした時にとっても美味しかったのを覚えていてこちらのお店にも2軒目利用でお伺いしました。テナントビル２階のお店ですが店内は想像以上に広く、奥行きがあって多くの人で賑わっていました。場所柄もあって、若い人たちが多くこのコスパの良さは集まるよなぁ‥と改めて。
モバイルオーダーなので無料のWi-Fiもあって非常にありがたい、接客もスムーズで明るくているだけで楽しくなる空間です。

◆いぶりがっこクリームチーズ
▷▷▷いぶりがっこのガリッとした歯ごたえとクリームチーズのもったり感、いつ食べても間違いない大好きなおつまみです。あっという間にいぶりがっこを使ったお料理がどこの居酒屋さんでも味わえるようになってとっても嬉しい〜！もう少しクリームチーズがたっぷりだと嬉しいなぁと思いました。
◆はつ
▷▷▷やきとん屋さんにくると絶対にオーダーしたくなるハツ。みちみち、というかパンッ！というか、外側に食べ応えがあって中がふわふわなこの感じ、やっぱり何度食べても好きです。
基本的に焼き鳥屋さんは2本〜のオーダーも多く、それだと少し悲しい気持ちになってしまうので1本〜オーダーできるだけでかなり嬉しい。
◆軟骨
▷▷▷大好きな軟骨ももちろんオーダー。カリッとしすぎず歯応えがあって身もしっかりついていて美味しい〜、追加オーダーしちゃいました。
◆あみレバ
▷▷▷あみシリーズも外せないですが今回はレバーを。やわやわなレア目なレバーに、じゅわっと脂が重なる感じでとっても美味しい‥。あみレバはあぶり清水が一番かと思っていましたがひなたのあみレバもとっても好みです。
◆てっぽう
▷▷▷シロよりも肉厚で食べ応え抜群のてっぽうも外せません。牛ホルモンに近いような味わいでこのこってりした脂感がたまらなく好き！！！！タレの旨味との相性も抜群で、ついお酒が進む味わいでした。トマトサワーも爽やかで美味しい〜〜
◆たんした
▷▷▷分厚さにびっくりしたたんした。こちらも美味しくてつい追加オーダー。食べ応え抜群で美味しい。塩でさっぱりいただくのが嬉しいです。個人的にレモンがあればとっても嬉しいかも‥！
◆トマトサワー

▷▷▷お酒の種類もかなり豊富ですが大好きであり私の中の定番のトマトサワー&バイスサワーをチョイス。どちらも美味しかったです。トマトサワーあるお店、めちゃくちゃ評価します、美味しい！
