宮崎産和牛フィレステーキ130gで6,000円。とっても柔らか。柔らかいけどあっさりして、食べたあと気持ち悪くならないお肉。
デフォルトのタレやわさび醤油などいくつかソースが用意されていましたが、なんと言ってもシンプルな塩がお肉の旨さをひきたてる。塩がベストです。ここの塩は500万年前の塩をつかっているそう。
欲を言えば、6千円もするのだから付け合わせのお野菜はモヤシではなくグリルした玉ねぎがよかったです。少しがっかり。
店構えは高級感はないです。ぱっと見そんな高いメニューがあるお店にはみえない、定食屋さんて感じ。
気になった点は、トイレに近いテーブルに案内されたためか、食べている最中に店員の方がトイレのドアを開け閉めするたびにトイレの芳香剤の臭いが漂ってきて、不快でした。
