新宿新南口そばにある宮崎のアンテナショップの2Fにあるレストラン。1Fには寄ったことがあるけど、レストランは初めて。階段で上がります。
ランチメニューは何種類かあるのですが、キュウリが入ってないであろう親子丼定食(税込1800円)にしました。
宮崎って冷や汁が有名じゃないですか…あと、チキン南蛮にもドーンとキュウリがのっていた
カウンター席に案内されました。正面が窓なので、ちょうどNEWoManに向かって座るような感じです。
平日13:00過ぎでしたが、結構にぎわっていました。海外からのお客様もチラホラ。
親子丼は宮崎の地頭鶏(じとっこ)を使っているそうです。宮崎らしい炭焼きの鶏は香ばしい。卵はなかなか割れない。濃くてい色だ。全体的に味つけは結構甘めなんですが、柚子胡椒が添えられていたのでちょっとつけたらおいしい！おー、こういう食べ方もありだなぁ。
小鉢、お漬け物、お味噌汁がついているセットです。ちょっと割高には感じるけど、駅の目の前だしね。
おひとりさまでも入りやすい雰囲気でしたよ。
