本日は、久しぶりに中華が食べたい気分になり、仕事帰りに会社の同僚を連れ、香港海鮮中華「龍」（ロンと読みます）を訪問してみました。
場所は、西武新宿駅より徒歩2〜3分、駅前通りから10メートル程入ったとても近いとこにあります。（仕事帰りにもとても便利）
また4月18日グランドオープンということで、料理のお値段も少しお安くなっているようです。
ビルに入りエレベーターの扉が開くと即店内、照明も少し落とされていて、内装も落ち着いた色合いの一見お洒落な洋食レストランかと見間違える感じです。
店員さんに案内されてテーブル席へ、メニューの品数も豊富なので、今回はコース料理にすることにしました。
こちらの料理長は、本場香港の海鮮料理の名店「福臨門」で副料理長を務めていたということでとても楽しみです。
先ずは前菜から始まり、海鮮ということもあり注文が入ってから、入口横にある水槽から魚や海老を取り出すというから鮮度は間違いなし、またおすすめのメイン食材フカヒレ、アワビなどはわざわざ香港から取り寄せるほど、その他の食材も料理長こだわりの品ばかり。
さて味の方も日本人にあわせて作られているので、どの料理も美味しくいただけます。また今回は別にフカヒレ鶏漢方スープも試してみましたが、フカヒレの触感もしっかりとしていて朝鮮人参の匂いも無く美味しくいただけました。
またお酒の種類も豊富で、中華料理というとやはり紹興酒ですが中には匂いが苦手という方もいらっしゃるかと思いますが、（実は私も）こちらの紹興酒は匂いも少なく癖も少ないので、料理の味を引き立ててくれます。
まさかこんな職場の近くに本格中華のお店が出来るとは、とてもラッキーでした。
あまり混まないうちに是非一度お試しを。
