自然食品店ボンラスパイユで販売している
岐阜県高山市のパン屋さんチッタ・デル・パーネの
食パン350円（税別）5枚切りを購入。
山形の食パンです。
原材料は北海道小麦粉・塩・砂糖・パン酵母・米油（国産）
トーストしてバターで食べました。
山形食パンですがみっちり詰まってます。
焼くと小麦粉のいいにおいがします。
邪魔する物が無く小麦粉の焼けた味が楽しめるパンですが
何処かもっさり重たい印象です。
毎日食べたいパンではないです。
ハムエッグをサイドディッシュに食べましたが、
サラダのような軽いサイドディッシュと食べるとバランスが良くなりそうです。
