ウニしゃぶが食べたい！！と思い見つけたのがこちらのお店。コース料理全てにウニが贅沢に使用されており、ウニ好きにはたまらないですね！
新宿の喧騒から少し離れた場所にて、お店を発見。いちりんのお花が差してあるのもかわいい。
落ち着いた雰囲気の店内はカウンター席、テーブル席どちらもあります。カウンターで職人さんの料理捌きを見ながらいただくのも楽しそうですが、今回はテーブル席でいただきました。
前菜から始まり、ウニしゃぶの〆に至るまで全てにウニが贅沢に使用されていました。しかもこのウニが美味しいのなんの。もうそこら辺で適当なウニは食べられないです泣 どの料理が1番美味しかったの？！と聞かれたらやはり名物のウニしゃぶでしょうか。クリーミーで濃厚なウニスープに、白身魚をしゃぶしゃぶ。ん〜たまらない！でもウニの刺身も美味しかったな。
