豚の生肉が禁止になる前に訪問。
同店の刺身は加熱済みらしいが、今後はどうなるんだろう？
特選コースは特上焼物6品、刺身、雑炊。
鳥茂という名前だけど、豚の串が出てくる。
味は美味しいが、間に生卵が出てきたり（味付けしてないため、醤油を頼んだ）
不思議な構成だった。
生卵は、牛サーロインに付けるものだったのかもしれないが、
店側からの指示は何もなく、同時に出てこなかったため、
正確な食べ方はわからない。
追加で頼んだ冷やしマカロンが高かった。600円。
ミュゼ・ドゥ・ショコラ・テオブロマ 本店の土田シェフが開発したと
ネットで見たが、その割には…？という感想（もちろんテオブロマの味は知っている）。
そして食べログで「うるさい」と書いてあったのは本当だった。
テーブル間隔が狭く
音が通りやすい仕切りなしの大きなフロア。
これは騒がしくて仕方ない。
ゆっくり落ち着いて話をする状況ではない。
ただ、遅れてきた人の串は別に出してくれたりと
有難いオペレーションもあった。
