恵比寿で人気のイタリアン、アポンテさんに
予約をして、伺いました。
平日の夜に伺いましたが、店内は満席です。
厨房を囲むカウンターとテーブル席があります。
予約して訪問したほうが無難なお店です。
2名で伺ったのでカウンター席に通されました。
その月に合った旬な食材を中心にお料理が提供されます。
前菜は、イカとカラスミのさっぱりとしたサラダと
ふきをつかった春らしいお料理を頂きました。
次は、芽キャベツを使ったお料理と
肉厚キノコと野菜のフリットです。
キノコがジューシーで美味しかったです。
こちらの、お料理を頼むとついてくる
オリーブがなんとも言えず絶品です。
聞くところによると手作りしているとか。
あまりにも美味しいので何度かおかわりしました。
パスタは春キャベツのオイルパスタと
イカ墨を練り込んだ麺を使ったパスタを
頂きました。
どちらも、麺の茹で加減抜群でした。
かなりお腹いっぱいになったので
デザートは軽めのものをチョイスしました。
フルーツポンチ美味しかったです。
