Food Aged Shumai Made by a French Chef
The owner-chef Tsuyoshi Kameya of the French restaurant "Bistro Rigole" in Sangenjaya, which has received the Bib Gourmand award for two consecutive years, offers exquisite shumai that brings out umami without using chemical seasonings, utilizing French techniques such as aging. Enjoy a unique shumai made with ingredients like pork, lamb, and chicken that you have never experienced before.
Drink"The Ultimate Three Types of Oolong Tea Highs Selected by a Master Tea Taster"
The tea leaves for the Oolong Tea Highball are carefully selected by a high-end tea taster. The shochu used is a unique "Oolong Tea Highball-specific barley shochu" made exclusively for KAMERA by the Shinozaki brewery in Asakura City, Fukuoka Prefecture. During the distillation process, tea leaves such as Tieguanyin are added to create the most drinkable fusion of tea and shochu. Additionally, the drink is served in a special thin glass from UNTRACEx Matsutoku Glass, resulting in a meticulously crafted drink that can be enjoyed with all five senses.
ChefFusion Cuisine of French, Spanish, and Asian Dishes by Kameya
Owner Kameya trained under Chef Makoto Nakanishi at Sucre-Sale and then went to France. He spent three years in Paris, gaining experience at a total of six restaurants, focusing on French and Spanish cuisine. After returning to Japan, he worked as a sous chef at Rabichu, then again at Sucre-Sale, and at Le Canard. In 2014, he opened Bistro Ligore in Sangenjaya. In the Michelin Guide Tokyo 2018, he was awarded the Bib Gourmand. He offers dishes that utilize his experiences both domestically and internationally.
