神社に参拝⛩️した帰りにお食事して帰ろうと前から気になっていたお蕎麦屋さん
オープン前ホテルのラウンジのような
お蕎麦屋さんのイメージを変えてくれたーーー
私海外の人と勘違いされて(^^)まあよくあることですが
予約して伺うとよいかもです
私は飛び込み気持ちよく受け入れていただき感謝です
接客もスマートでとても感じが良いです
シェフの方も多くオープンキッチンで全て見えるのでなんか黙々と作業してそれぞれが無駄な動きなく何だか素敵なパフォーマンス見てて飽きなかった切手かな料理が出てくるんだろうなーと実感
ランチのショートコースお蕎麦は蟹と白子のにしました
お豆腐の上に乗ったお蕎麦のカリッと感がアクセントになってGOOD
アボカドのももっといっぱい食べたい感じ
茶碗蒸しもお野菜の苦味がいい感じです
白子の天ぷらノリで包んで冷たいものと温かいものとのバランスがドキュンとストライク
お蕎麦は白子がごろっとはいってて出汁がうまーい蕎麦もちょうど良いおいし〜汗がどっと出てきたーあったまったー
デザートのもなかかわい〜
久しぶりにたっぷりゆっくり堪能しました
大満足満腹
こんなちょっと入ったところにお店があるにも関わらず店内はグレードの高いお客さまで賑わってます
