個人的には大勝軒はファンの一人ですが、最近どこでも見る割にはばらつきが気になってます。
寛大なご主人さんの思いはテレビ等で見たことがありますが・・・でもね。
ボリュームの多さはどこも共通しているように感じますが味がね。。。
今回は渋谷の方でいただきました。
もりそばと呼ぶらしく、つけ麺だと思います。
しばらくして出てきましたが、スープの量も器も冷めにくい配慮か大きかったです。
で、食べてみると・・・かなり酸気がたってます。気になるくらい。。。
今風な濃厚な味ではあいません。どちらかというとあっさりに感じて(最近の濃厚さがドロ系も含めて半端ないので・・・)
麺の方も昔では太い方だったのでしょうが今では、何ら特徴のない太目な感じみたいな。
周りに流される必要はないとは思いますが、ブランドになっていますから！
安心したいなぁ・・・。
