お客さんは、入店後ほぼ満席に、予約して伺いました。
東京都渋谷区道玄坂2丁目、マークシティーのすぐ近く、ビル2階にある割烹店です。
京くずし割烹と名乗っていますが、ちゃんとしたリーズナブルな割烹店ですね。
人間関係や信州屋を運営するクマガコーポレショーンの運営です。
立地も非常にいいですし、お店の雰囲気、コンセプト、値段も素晴らしいと思います、さらに10年以上営業している実績もあります。
まず入って驚きます、居酒屋のような感じと思っていましたが、銀座の和食店のよう、上手く空間形成しているのでそれ以上かもしれません。
割烹ですので料理を作る人＝サービスする人です、むしろそれがさらに高級感を醸成しています。
料理は毎月替わる完成されたメニューなので間違いがないです。
1月のお献立コース 4,309円
2階のカウンター席でしたが、料理人が3人、寡黙に調理されています、いい雰囲気です。
料理はもう完全に完成されたコース料理です。
驚きと美味しさがいっぱいです、リーズナブルな中で十分楽しめる割烹だと思います。
お酒を飲みながら食べることを想定しているのでボリュームは少し抑え気味です、お酒を飲まない方は少し楽しみ方が難しいかもしれませんが、お酒を飲みながらとすごく楽しめると思います。
いいですね、渋谷で割烹。
