平日の昼、一人で行きました。イトーヨーカ堂の服装では、ためらうような入り口ですが、思い切って
入ります。「いらっしゃい。」と店主自ら出迎えていただきました。コースを注文すると、「前菜からデザートまで、１時間半ほどかかりますがお時間はございますか？」とにこやかに聞かれました。物見遊山で、来たので、｢ハイ。」と答えました。かなり前のことなので、ステーキの前に何が出されたかは、良く覚えていませんが、かなり美味しかったことは、確かです。いよいよステーキです。４センチほど厚さのある赤身のテンダーロインです。テンダーロインとしては、私の経験の中では、最も美味しいですが、私の好みは、サーロインなので残念ながら、ステーキの中で一番では、ありません
帰りは、店主自ら、地上の出口まで一見の私を見送っていただきました。テンダーロイン好きの連れと記念日に来たいと思いました。
