ずっと気になっていた一石三鳥さんへ訪問！
新橋駅の居酒屋街の少し奥、落ち着いた場所にあります。

ほっとする優しいお味のそぼろ餡からコースがスタート。
盛り合わせは
紅芯大根の漬物、きんかん生ハム、天ぷら3種(ホタルイカ、ふきのとう、銀杏)。
よく見かける青首大根の、約8倍もの抗酸化作用を持つと言われる紅芯大根。
あっさりしてて食べやすかったです！
きんかんと聞いた瞬間、柑橘類の金柑を想像したのですが、卵のきんかんでびっくり！笑
(見た目が金柑に似てることが名前の由来になっているみたいです！笑)
口の中で弾ける幸せ、、、たまらなかったです。
春を感じる天ぷらの盛り合わせもよきでした！
初めてのポテトサラダ。
ポテトサラダっていうと、茹でじゃがをつぶして、マヨネーズで和えられたものをイメージしますが、こちらはサッとあげられたじゃがいも。
はじめてを味わって欲しいという意図があるとのこと。
マスタードとペッパーで少し刺激的なお味がまたたまらなかったです！
串は1本1本提供されます。
せせり、ぷりぷりのハツ、ふわっふわのささみ、うずら、かしらと続きます。
月見つくねは濃厚な卵に絡ませて。
残った卵黄に一口焼きおにぎりをつけてぱくり。
手羽先は脂がのっててとってもジューシーだった！
選べる野菜は茄子をチョイス。
少し早めの夏も感じちゃいました！
鹿児島県産のカツオのたたきや
春キャベツの浅漬けもさっぱりして嬉しかった！
13時間煮込まれた鶏スープ。
濃縮された鶏の風味が堪能できます。
デザートはモナカアイス。
マスカットバニラの紅茶が新鮮でした！
串の味付けはシンプルで、素材そのものを活かされてる印象をもちました。
炭火焼きのお味が楽しめて、上品な味わいです☺️
コース全体の量感もちょうどよかったです。
ドリンクの種類も豊富で楽しめます。
花粉症に効くといわれるじゃばらのお酒もしっかりいただきました！！笑
