新橋で飲んだ帰りにもう何度か伺っていますが、いつ行っても美味しいお店です。私は大抵温かいうどんをいただくのですが、うどんの出汁は関西風*で、手打ち(？)っぽい麺もとても歯ごたえがよく美味しいです。他の立ち食い蕎麦・うどん屋さんよりも少しレベルが高い気がします。とにかくおすすめです
＊ちなみにお蕎麦は関東風の出汁でした。
