Located just a 5-minute walk from Ginza Station, this hidden gem of a restaurant bar is in a prime building. There’s no sign outside, so you wouldn’t stumble upon it unless you were looking for it!
Upon entering, you’re immediately struck by the spacious interior. With around 50 seats, it’s surprising to find such a roomy space in this mixed-use building. The decor and sofas show signs of age, giving it a cultural heritage-level ambiance, yet the well-maintained interior is clean and inviting.
- French Onion Soup
The onions are perfectly caramelized, and the consommé used is undoubtedly made with care. This soup rivals that of fine French restaurants, making it worth a visit on its own.
- Roast Beef with Wagyu
This roast beef has been traditionally served since the restaurant's inception. As seen in the photos, it’s cooked to perfection. The sauce, made from classic Wagyu sinew, is simple yet enhances the meat's flavor beautifully. It’s rare to encounter roast beef of this caliber.
Without a doubt, the best roast beef I’ve ever had!
- Ajillo
Though it looks like a standard ajillo, the ingredients are meticulously prepared, making it exceptionally delicious! This simple dish really showcases the chef’s attention to detail.
At the bar counter, there’s always a skilled bartender ready to serve authentic cocktails and carefully selected wines.
In a good way, this is a place that couldn’t exist in the Reiwa era. It’s a space and experience I hope will be preserved forever, along with the exquisite food and drinks. It was a great meal!☆☆☆
