土曜日の昼に訪問させていただきました。
ビジネス街ということもあり店内の客はまばら。
ランチピッツアで珍しいのでビスマルクを注文しました。
まず出されたサラダですが、ちゃんとルッコラやサラミも
入っていておまけではなくちゃんと手の込んだ品になっています。
ビスマルクはピッツアをカットしてしまっているので卵も
割れてドロドロに、見栄えや食感は悪くなってしまっています。
イタリアではカットせず必要に応じて卵にナイフを入れ
少しずつ卵黄を絡めて食べるものなのに、もったいない。
日本ではカットせずにピッツアを提供する店がなんで極々
限られた店しかないのか不思議で残念です。
自家製ハムはフィノッキオ(ウイキョウ)の香りが強く
この香りに慣れていない人には嫌われてしまうかもしれません。
結構香りが小麦粉やトマトソースよりも勝っていて口から
鼻に広がります。個人的には何の問題もありませんでしたが。
ピッツアは焼きが浅めです。裏面もしっかりとは焼けておらず
表面も窯焼きの香ばしさが少し物足りません。
でも、食材、光熱費が高騰する中値段が安くこの価格で提供
しているのはすごい店側の努力を感じます。
