てんぷら 銀座 天亭《天丼》
1986年に開業した銀座の人気てんぷら屋の一軒。
2022と2023には天ぷら百名店にも選出。
銀座には「天」を掲げる1930年創業の老舗「天一」や人気の「天あさ」などもあるけど､お昼に天丼と言えば「茂竹」に加え此処「天亭」は外せない名店。
カウンター12席にテーブル二卓なので昼でも予約が安全です。
天丼は赤だしと御新香付き。
天ぷらは海老2に穴子とキス､小海老のかき揚げに茄子とアスパラ。
からっと軽めに揚げられた江戸前の天ぷらはいずれも心温まる旨さ❣️
タレもすっと優しく､ご飯と天ぷらのハーモニーは抜群◎
しじみの赤だしは濃いめで天丼が引き立つ。
御新香も名脇役。
逸品と言っても過言ではない天丼､めっちゃ美味しかった〜✨
