Opened in August 2020, the restaurant is a small restaurant with a total of 40 seats, including a counter and a private room. Personally, I think of Mr. Nakamata as a nodoguro specialty store that is famous as a hundred famous stores. Originally, I liked Nakamata-san in Doguro, and I was curious about the Torafugu specialty store, so this is my long-awaited visit. It seems that the Ginza store, which was operated by Tsukiji Otsubo, which is famous as a long-established fugu restaurant, was transferred to the store itself, including the suppliers. From such conversations, I realized that we were able to provide a high cost performance. We deal with both natural and farmed. When I made a reservation, I told him that it was my first time, so I asked him to use the most popular one, and he told me that if he was not particular about it, the 13,500 yen course of aquaculture was the most popular, and I made a reservation for it. The cultured fugu used is a special A from Fukui Prefecture. It's a pretty big size. At first, the shop staff showed me it, and it was a masterpiece. It seems that natural products are expensive because they are scarce, but it seems that farmed ones are particular about feed, and the quality is quite high. It seems that it is completely different when comparing natural and farmed food. ◯ Skin piercing I had the skin of fugu for the first time. I had a quick start with plenty of ponzu sauce and green onions. ◯ It is served with two seasonings: ponzu sauce and bean liver ponzu. The leftover bean liver ponzu sauce can also be added to the last porridge, so you can enjoy it without waste. The thicker way to cut it than the general top, it has fat on it, and it is elastic and plump. ◯ Fried chicken This is also juicy and delicious... I took one as it was and sprinkled the other with a lot of lemon. Quite fatty and juicy. The heat is well passed through, so the meat that melts is irresistible. ◯ Grilled fugu It was a special seat that grilled with the seven rings in front of me. If you are a shop here, I definitely recommend the counter. It is carefully baked in front of you while applying olive oil, garlic and soy sauce. It is said that the enthusiasm and research of the restaurant staff who wanted to make fugu dishes that can only be eaten here led to olive oil. When you apply olive oil, the flavor changes completely. ◯ Grilled milt The thick milt was delicious and my cheeks dropped. I liked the grilled milt the most. It had a very rich and creamy taste. ◯ It was my first time to have a fugu pot. Plenty of fillings and plenty of fugu are also luxurious. It is easily served with ponzu sauce, so you can easily enjoy it even if you are full. It was a gentle taste. ◯ Porridge I like eggs and green onion porridge the most. There was a lot of fugu broth, so it was very elegant and delicious. ◯ Sweetness I was so happy with cantaloupe It was a happy night with Japan sake and shochu! He was a general who was familiar with alcohol and was particular about it, so it was fun to talk about such things.
