Inheriting the tradition of a long-established Japanese restaurant that has continued in Niigata for over 125 years, this restaurant features local Niigata Local Cuisine, Koshihikari rice pot rice, and sake from all over Niigata. We recommend making reservations, even for lunch, just in case. The lunch menu is extensive. I was worried, but I decided to make a set meal that I could eat a variety of things. The hekisoba also looked delicious. When I tried it, I was surprised. Wow, it's delicious...♡ It makes me want to go to Niigata (*'▽'*) I can see that everything is carefully made. This meal exceeded my expectations! ! The fact that I could eat a variety of Niigata's Local Cuisine was quite appealing. After that, the Koshihikari rice pot rice was delicious. . Really. Ah, Japanese-style meal makes me happy. The staff's attentiveness was also wonderful. As a side note, the same chain's [Joetsu Yasuda Ebisu store] was featured in the popular drama "Hanzawa Naoki." Joetsu Yasuda is a kappo restaurant that Naoki Hanzawa and others always use for business meetings. You can clearly see it on the store's curtains and on the proprietress' business card.
