Eggs ’n Things 銀座店にバレンタイン限定のパンケーキを食べに行ってきました。
山盛りのクリームを堪能できると思い、ウキウキで来店。
店内はとてもオシャレでテラス席もあり。お昼時ということもあり、お客さんで賑わっていました。
今回は以下を注文（料金は税込）
・フォンダンショコラパンケーキ･･･1,925円
・Eggs ’n Benedicts （ホウレン草とベーコン）･･･1,518円
・チェダーチーズ ロコ・モコ･･･1,485円
・ベリー＆カシススカッシュ･･･ 748円
『フォンダンショコラパンケーキ』
濃厚なチョコレートクリームに包まれており、ナイフで切ると4枚のパンケーキの中から温かいチョコレートガナッシュが溢れ出てきます。
パンケーキの横にはEggs ’n Benedictsお馴染みの山盛りのクリームが
通常は普通の生クリームですが、今回はバレンタインということでチョコクリームになっています‼︎
付属のベリーソースは少し酸味のあるソースで、甘いパンケーキと良く合います。
『Eggs ’n Benedicts 』
ポーチドエッグの上にオリジナルのオランデーズソースがかかっており、ホウレン草やベーコンの良さを引き立たせてくれます。
付け合わせのグリルポテトは外カリカリ、中ホクホク。。
『チェダーチーズ ロコ・モコ』
なんとビーフ100%のハンバーグを使用しているそうです。その上にコクのあるチェダーチーズがたぁ〜ぷりっとかかっています。
量もなかなかあり、この一皿でお腹いっぱいになれます☺️
『ベリー＆カシススカッシュ』
クランベリーとカシスのソーダにブルーベリーを沢山いれた、爽やかなベリー風味が口いっぱいに広がるドリンクになっています。
フォンダンショコラパンケーキはバレンタイン中の期間限定商品なので今はもう販売していないですが、3月からは『ホワイトデー限定のフォンダンショコラパンケーキ』も登場するそうです。そちらもとても美味しそうなので是非食べに行きたいと思います‼︎
