今年のお寿司新規開拓～おおがさん、あらいさん、鮨なんば日比谷さん、そして。。。当たり年です。
噂では色々聞いていた‘きよ田‘さん友人からのお誘いで行って来ました。
銀座６丁目にありますがちょっと分からりずらいところにあります。
解体半ばのようなビルの横のタイムズの横にあります。
入店すると左手にカウンター正面に半個室が有りますただしここは現在利用していないとのことです。
御料理ですがわりとアテがしっかり出てくるスタイルです。
マグロの滑らかさといいここまで均等な口触りのトロは初めてです。
おみごとです。
そしてイカも同じく見事な包丁さばきです。
握りの方ですがちょっと前に酸味の効いた握りをいただいた記憶が残っていたのでかなりあっさりした御酢加減です。
無茶苦茶タイプです。
予約サイトで行けるそうなので絶対トライしたいお店です。

友人からの代打要請で急遽行って来ました。
ネタ選びの厳格さシャリの酢感ここのがオーソドックス系では一番好きかもしれません。
この日はランチでしたがマグロかなり良かったです。
あてでいただいたイカもかなり美味しかったです。
