2019年5月30日11:00より元の場所でリニューアルオープンいたしました。（確認済、実際に来店） |
土曜日の昼1時40分くらいで、並びは５人ほど。感じのよい店員さんが注文を聞いてくれて、並びの段階で会計が済むという。手厚い。
２時着席したら、すぐに着丼。待ちの気分もすっとびました。
昔ながらの醤油ラーメンといった風情。だけども、鶏の味わいがマジ深い…。麺のとの相性が際立ってよいな〜と感じる。卵中太かしら。そして、ワンタン。肉肉しくて、アツアツ。皮はスルッと、肉がジュワッと。チャーシューはゆっくりと噛んで味わいたいジンワリ感。
お客さんは、年配の方が多かったような。老舗の味わい深さが際立っておりました〜。
