東京都中央区銀座の塚本ビルＢ１Ｆにあります
「すきやばし次郎」さんへご縁があり約7年ぶりの訪問です。
すきやばし次郎さんは説明不要だと思いますが、すきやばし次郎の創業者でもあり"寿司の神様とも呼ばれているレジェンド「小野二郎」氏のお店であります。
寿司店としては世界で初めてミシュラン三つ星を獲得してミシュラン史上最高齢の三ツ星シェフであり2019年にギネス世界記録に認定されています。
店内は撮影はもちろんNG。
入店するとテンポ良く握りが提供され退店まで約30分程。一貫食べてすぐ次のタネが置かれ一息付く暇さえもありません。
久々の貴重な訪問でしたが、私にはハイスピードに鮨をいただくのは正直合わなかったのが率直な感想です。
お会計はノンアルコールで6万円弱。
"良い鮨屋"とはみなさまいろいろな考え方があると思いますが、私には単に鮨職人の国宝と呼ばれるプレミア価格という印象しか残りませんでした。
それでも貴重な体験には感謝しております！
