昔から一度食べに行ってみたいと思っていた店で今回たまたま近くのゴルフ場で日曜日にコンペがある為、前泊してクローバーさんでステーキを頂くことにしました。
ちゃんと事前に予約しての訪問です。かなり山の方へ上っていったところにありますが駐車場も店内もお客さんでいっぱいです。聞くところによると最近「タクシー運転手さん、一番おいしい店に連れてって」で放映されてから予約も取りづらくなったとのこと。
やっと念願叶って来れたのでシャトーブリアンの200gのセットにします。車なので残念ながら飲めないのでノンアルコールビールで乾杯します。サラダ、スープと提供されていよいよシャトーブリアン様の登場です。あつあつのステーキ皿で提供されます。油はねがするのでとテーブルに置かれるとすぐに紙がかけられはねなくなったら食べるように言われます。
ステーキはミディアムレアでお願いしましたがその通りに外側はちゃんと焼けているけど中は赤い状態（火は芯まで通っているレアの状態）になってます。肉の質がいいところへきて焼き方がうまいのでやっぱり美味しいです。わざわざ前泊にして食べに来た甲斐がありました。
