本日紹介するのは『悟空』さん。
こちらは食べログの宇都宮ランキング1位。
佐野ラーメンもいただけるよう。
初めて本場で宇都宮餃子をいただくために訪問いたしました。
土曜日18時30分着で外待ち25人。
客層はかなり若め。
9割以上が20代なんじゃなかろうか…。
インスタやティックトックでバズっているのか…
食べログで宇都宮ランキング1位だけでここまで若いお客さんが集まるって
あまり考えにくいのですがどうなんでしょう。
みんな何を見てここに訪問しているのだろうか…。
行列の中には地元の人はあまりいないような印象かな。
この並びですから地元の人は他のお店に行くのかな？
見ていると18時45分に閉店の看板が出て、後客を断っています。
逆にその時間までに並んでいれば食べられます。

外観はなかなか綺麗で清潔感がありますよ。
これは若い女性にも受け入れられるでしょう。

ワカメも載ってトラッドなラーメンという印象です。
醤油ダレはやや引いた印象で化学調味料でグイっと旨味補強。
その感じがトラディショナルな佐野ラーメンぽさがあるかな。
厳密な佐野ラーメンとは何ぞや…と言われると
煮干し効かせている佐野ラーメンあって多岐にわたり難しいのですが…。
麺は平打ちチックな扁平な麺。
加水は高めでピロっとしているような印象。
本場のピロピロ麺とは異なるような気がしますが、
佐野ラーメンを名乗っても間違いではないでしょうね。
トッピングはチャーシュー、ワカメ、メンマ、ネギ。
さらっと完食です。
ちょっと下品だったのでやらなかったのですが
このラーメンにシソ餃子を砕きながらぶち込んでも面白いかもなぁ…と思いました。
佐野ラーメンの人気店には餃子ラーメンありますし。
餃子は皮の熟成さを感じます。
この皮は寝かせているんじゃないのかな。
ヌチっとした熟成さを感じながらジューシーな肉餡感覚。
野菜餃子で個人的には結構肉を感じましたよ。
付けるタレは醤油を控えてお酢多めがやっぱりいいでしょうね。
採点はラーメンのみ。
